Through our portal, Irides' customers get real-time access to detailed technical information about their service. In a single interface our customers can manage servers, network devices, tickets, event notifications and bandwidth usage. And from an initial high-level view, users can quickly drill down to detail on individual server performance. Through our portal customers can ensure they are using their service to the fullest.

Our portal allows customers to maximize their investment in hosting by providing secure access to:

Tracking of hardware and software assets
Real-time performance monitoring of individual devices
High-level monitoring of e-mail delivery times, website performance and complex metrics such as SQL query performance
Full support for clustered environment; including monitoring of both individual nodes and overall cluster performance
Bandwidth usage by port, device and against contract commitments

The MyIrides portal enables real-time tracking of key performance indicators.

Performance can be customized for individual needs and includes:

Web content verification and performance
Device availability and performance
Process and Service (applicable to Windows only) availability and performance
Database and monitoring and performance trending
Capacity planning trending and reports

Realtime Alerts

Managed and co-location customers have the option of having system alerts delivered directly by e-mail or SMS. In addition, events are available through RSS feeds. These options allow customers access to the same realtime information that Irides engineers have reporting such key indicators as disk space, website availability (as well as port availability) and e-mail round trip times.
